| What was the name of an old anime on Cartoon Network? It had this male protagonist who had powers from nine dragons. The antagonist got his power from this angel like girl. The protagonist's father was a leader of a group of ninja in ancient japan or something. The protagonist's mother had to teleport the protagonist over time to protect him. The antagonist was white haired and he followed the mother through the teleportation portal to the modern day. There was a tournament in the end, and the hero had to master the nine (?) dragons in order to win. The ninth dragon was his father in dragon form. There were fire works at the ending. I watched this sometime from 1997-2000, about the time Kenshin/Samurai X was airing in Europe(?). |

| Well live action dramas are cheaper and animated shows are expensive to make. Disney usually has a contract with a show for three seasons & animated ones for 1 to 2 seasons. And some stuff may be taken off because the show is an older show (Or what they think is not appropriate or funny) But the old shows come on occasionally, or move to different channels all together.
